Grapple is a space for young people in grades 6-12 to ask questions, explore their faith, and build a strong spiritual foundation. Everyone is welcome to join our community to learn and laugh together.
What we do
Belong
In Grapple, we believe it’s important to help each other know that we all belong. We welcome all young people to bring their whole selves and lean into compassion and curiosity about ourselves, each other, our differences, and what brings us all together. And we’re sometimes silly.
Ask
We think it’s important for young people to learn how to explore big ideas, seek out new perspectives, look at things in new ways, and experience wonder. We are not afraid to ask questions about our faith, each other, and the world. Curiosity and critical thought are central to our community and the space we share.
Serve
Grapple is all about serving and learning. From beach clean-ups to our annual Sierra Service Project summer trip, we know how to help (and have fun doing it.) We are active participants in the larger Westwood community, and always seek out ways to put our values into action.
