This Sunday, we conclude our series, “Toward Love,” connecting John Wesley’s teachings on “Christian perfection” and Paul’s words in 1 Corinthians. Both sources point us toward a way of living that requires our labor and our humility. Following Christ sets us on a life-long journey–our faith brings continual growth, and ongoing change. Christ’s love reminds us that it isn’t about what we achieve or build, but how God is working through us.
