Are we starting a commune in the children’s department at church? No, but we do want to learn for ourselves what the Holy Spirit enabled the disciples and followers of Jesus to do: to share what they had in common. And the way we hope to do this is to have a Toy Swap! Instead of emptying out your toy box to share, please have your child bring one (or two in case another child forgets!) nice toys to swap/share with another child. And books of any number are always welcome.

Last Sunday we listened to the story of the Road to Emmaus and shared bread together, a sacred act. We also had great fun with our games at 10:10-10:30. And choir was especially wonderful. Come at 9:30, y’all, and stay for the whole shebang. It’s super!
