24 Apr Jesus Learns to Glow

We all loved celebrating Earth Day last Sunday! We shared our ideas and plans in doing our part to love and care for the Earth. Playing with our ideas included making “binoculars” to help us focus on specific things of beauty, making little bird feeders with cereal “O’s”, and creating art pieces of our favorite parts of creation, displayed on a giant blue octagon shape. Maybe you will see it in our children’s hallway. Get ready for a special time this next Sunday, because we are going to have a special guest come to read his very own book: Timothy Murphy himself will be our guest storyteller, reading his book JESUS LEARNS TO GLOW! We’ll figure out ways we can do some glowing, too! We hope you can be with us!
