Welcome Hsin-Hua Wang!

Esme Chan, a second grader, made this beautiful elephant to commemorate Noah and the Ark. You can find the rainbow from the story in the hallway to the Wesley Room. Please add your name, as joining in the covenant with God to be in Beloved Community, protecting this beautiful earth. Many thanks to Dr. Deanna for leading us in the ancient story, and to parents Tom Burkhard, Rachel Jellen, and Heather Householter for your lovely assistance throughout the morning. Thanks also to Pastor Molly, for offering a great Children’s Time in the sanctuary.

This Sunday we study Holy Communion and what Jesus asks us to do: REMEMBER! We’ll play a grape game, try out different kinds of grapes, and make our own “posters” to take home to remind us of the scripture! And some very wonderful news is that Hsin-Hua Wang (pronounced “Shin”) will be our interim children’s choir director for the next three months. So fun. We couldn’t be more pleased.
