13 Jul Habitat for Humanity Volunteer Opportunity

In partnership with the Westside Church Coalition, Westwood UMC has the opportunity to help build 10 Habitat for Humanity homes at 4044-4068 Globe Avenue in Culver City, and we need you! The type of construction activities will depend on when you volunteer. No experience is necessary, and you will be trained on what to do. Please expect moderate physical exertion.

2017 VOLUNTEER DATES: November 4, December 2
2018 VOLUNTEER DATES: January 6, February 3, March 28 (youth), May 5, June 2, July 7, August 4

AGE REQUIREMENT: Volunteers must be 18+ years of age or at least 16 years of age if accompanied by a guardian.

RELEASE FORM: You will need to fill out and provide the Volunteer Release Form on the day you volunteer.

ALTERNATE VOLUNTEERS: If the volunteer opportunities are already taken, feel free to sign up as an “Alternate Volunteer” who may be called upon to serve on that day if someone else is unable to.
