We are pleased to welcome Rev. Dr. Cedrick Bridgeworth as guest preacher in The Sanctuary gathering next Sunday. Cedrick currently serves as Director of Innovation and Communications for our California-Pacific Annual Conference of the UMC; he is also our Conference’s Head of Delegation to General and Jurisdictional Conference. His recent book, Alabama Grandson: A Black, Gay Minister’s Passage Out of Hiding, tells the story of his remarkable journey. He is a gifted preacher and storyteller, and we are grateful to welcome him to our pulpit on this Christ the King Sunday, when we celebrate Thanksgiving.
