Are rules important?

Are rules important? What about God’s rules? What if we break them? This Sunday, we will continue our story of the Exodus (come see our diorama of Moses’ life!) and talk about the 10 Commandments, using fine art and our own responses to the questions of how to make a community.

Many thanks to the Team and Pastor Molly for the excellent leadership while I was away. We are grateful to our two volunteers Branson Turner and Stephanie Lange. Your help was invaluable Westwood Kids sang, participated in the Sanctuary communion, and learned about the Good Shepherd, World Communion, and how much God loves each of us and even knows our names.

Please continue praying for our children’s ministry and our team. Ms. Deanna will be traveling to Indiana over the next two weeks for the wonderful experience of having a building named after her husband, Jim, for all the work he did at Anderson University where he taught and became its president for 25 years. We are so proud of your family, Deanna! Take a look at this link for the Dedication of Edwards Hall on October 7th.
